1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to Singapore residents and valid pass holders aged 18 years or above.

2. Participation Criteria

• All outward remittance transactions completed through GCC Exchange (S) Pte Ltd branches or the SingRemit Mobile App are eligible for the draw.
• Cancelled, unsuccessful, or fraudulent transactions will not be considered.
• The validity of each entry shall be determined at the sole discretion of GCC Exchange.
• GCC Exchange (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have engaged in unethical, fraudulent, or misleading practices.
• Employees of GCC Exchange (S) Pte Ltd and any company sponsoring prizes are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

3. Prize Redemption

• Winners must claim their prizes within 10 days of the announcement. The winners will be announced on GCC Exchange’s official Singapore website and social media pages.
• Winners must present valid proof of identity and the original receipt for the winning transaction when claiming their prizes.
• If a winner fails to provide valid proof of identity within the prize redemption period, the prize will be forfeited, and no replacement or substitute prize will be offered.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, whether in whole or in part, for cash or any other alternative.

4. Promotion Rules

• Only eligible transactions completed during the promotion period will be considered for the electronic draw.
• GCC Exchange reserves the right to withdraw a prize if the corresponding transaction is subsequently found to have been cancelled, unsuccessful, or fraudulent.
• GCC Exchange’s decisions regarding participant eligibility, winner selection, and prize distribution shall be final and binding.

5. Publicity and Data Usage

• By participating in this promotion, participants consent to GCC Exchange (S) Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing their personal data, including photographs and winner details, for the purposes of administering the promotion and conducting related marketing and publicity activities, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and GCC Exchange’s Data Protection Policy.
• Participants may withdraw their consent to the use of their personal data for marketing purposes at any time by contacting GCC Exchange’s Data Protection Officer. Such withdrawal will not affect any prize already awarded but may affect the future use of their personal data for publicity purposes.

6. General Conditions

• GCC Exchange (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion, or to modify these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice, including where required by changes to MAS or GRA requirements or any other applicable laws or regulations.
• Any material changes to the promotion or these Terms & Conditions will be published on GCC Exchange’s official Singapore website.
• Failure to comply with any of these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification from the promotion.

7. Legal Compliance and Dispute Resolution

• GCC Exchange (S) Pte Ltd is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Payment Services Act 2019 to provide money-changing and cross-border money transfer services. The promotion will be conducted in a manner consistent with the company’s licence conditions and applicable MAS anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism requirements.
• This promotion and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall first be addressed through GCC Exchange’s customer complaints process before either party seeks formal dispute resolution.
